Return Policy
Zoetry Boutique accepts returns for Store Credit and Exchanges only. Orders cannot be altered or cancelled once processed. Please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order for eligibility of a store credit or exchange. After the 7th day, the sale is considered final. The customer is solely, responsible for any shipping fees incurred during the returning of merchandise. Once returned, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with product tags and unworn without any tears, dirt stains, odors, etc. Otherwise, the items will be reshipped back to the original address, and the customer will be ineligible for a store credit or exchange.
